Urban Times compiling stories of your IndyFringe memories

The pandemic has closed the curtain on the 2020 IndyFringe Festival before it opened, so Urban Times is taking this opportunity to reflect upon the impact the festival has had upon Mass Ave, the surrounding neighborhoods and the entire city over the past 15 years. The feature will appear in our August 2020 edition.

To do that, we’d like you to share a favorite IndyFringe memory.

Perhaps it’s a particular show, perhaps an experience standing in line, or interaction with IndyFringe performers. Or any other memories. We’re looking for a paragraph or two (or three) about what IndyFringe has meant to you – any time from its origin in August 2005 to the 15th annual event last year.

The deadline is Friday, July 3. Send your thoughts to Editor Bill Brooks, brooks@indy.net.
